PILATES WITH MARINA

Having trained under Jill Cassady's Pilates program and worked largely in the United States, my teaching style is very enthusiastic, so I am full of energy and positivity, which passes on to my clients and keeps them motivated. The classes I teach are Equipment and Reformer classes as well as Mat classes, which vary in intensity but keep you working to your comfortable and safe limit. I like to keep people working so that they really feel and see the results of their workout. My classes are fun, sociable and you only realise how hard you've worked afterwards!

 

I focus on classical and contemporary Pilates and tailor the movements to the individual's needs, even within group classes. Pilates doesn't stop at the end of the class either, as I provide exercises that you can take home with you. I encourage clients to regularly make contact with me through social media and email so that we can adjust workouts and keep track of progress towards personal goals. It excites me when I see people progress away from stiffness and weakness to having much greater reach and massively improved strength. 

 

Pilates will strengthen the muscles in your back and the abdomen, protect the spine and will improve your posture!
